Returns Policy 

Overview

If your Runners Relief order is not what you expected, or if you received damaged products, please retain the packaging and all contents and contact us as soon as possible at [email protected]

Runners Relief processes returns of products purchased from the www.runnersrelief.co.uk website plus the official Amazon and eBay accounts. All other returns must be processed through the retail stores or websites from which the products were purchased.

We’d still like to hear from you if you’re unsatisfied with your Runners Relief product. Please feel free to email with any feedback that you have.

Policy

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since receipt of delivery, we may not be able to offer you a full refund or exchange.

You have the statutory right to cancel your order, for any reason, within 14 days of receiving your item. At Runners Relief we also allow you to return any product within 30 days for a full refund, provided that your item is unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To be eligible for this, you must notify us within 30 days of delivery that you intend to return the item and arrange, at your cost, to return the item to us within a maximum of 45 days from receipt of delivery.

In any instance of a return, we ask that you contact us via [email protected] before returning your item, quoting your order or invoice number. We will then advise where to return the item.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your request.
After the initial 30-day period we will offer you a replacement. If a replacement is not available, we will refund the purchase price.

Refunds

If you are approved for a refund, this will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3 working days of the approval email.

Replacements

If you are approved, your replacement will be despatched, via the same delivery method as your original order, within 2 working days of the approval email.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company or bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
