Pack of 60 transparent nasal strips designed to improve airflow during exercise, reduce snoring and ease congestion when suffering with a cold or allergies.

RUNSTRIPS are flexible transparent nasal strips with a spring-like band that gently lifts and opens the nose. This action allows improved airflow by up to 31%, it significantly increases the flow of oxygen and enables better breathing during exercise, sleep or day-to-day life.

They are super-easy to use; simply clean your skin with warm water and thoroughly dry (this removes any oils), remove the paper from the back of the strip and apply across the bridge of your nose and just touching the nostril, then gently press into place whilst the adhesive settles. To remove just wash with warm water, ideally in the shower, and gently peel away from the nose.
